Urban Espresso Lounge

When ordering, there was actually a seperate vegan menu and we mostly bought from the vegan menu. It arrived relatively fast and so we started eating. There was a lot of fruit and grains in what we were eating as well as vegetable which gave it a very unique taste of flavour, although the amount of flavours in it just made it more delicious. There was also some great coffee and hot chocolate with the average leaf integrated as a pattern and on the hot chocolate was a heart. Staff were very nice. How much taste in it gives it a feeling of lots of effort in every single part, and overall, the food itself looks so diverse in every single square centimetre! Truly great and I would visit again, even for lunch (we did it for breakfast at the time).

Beautiful service, our waitperson was genuine, patient and happy to take on our questions about whether the beans were single O. I ordered one of breakfast specials and it was delicious. What I have given four stars for is the coffee (no filter option and no single O for black coffee drinker) and Hollandaise sauce. It might be being fussy to not give five stars really.

We had ordered scrambled eggs, eggs Florentine and fresh juice. It was an amazing start to the day. Everything we ordered was too good. Thank you :)

We were visiting Coffs Harbour on our way back home and decided to have lunch at urban we had steak sandwiches and cold pressed fresh juice, everything was amazing and the staff couldn't be any nicer and helpful. If I lived here it would be my regular place to go, loved the food, the staff and the atmosphere so much we are now going back for breakfast before we leave tomorrow.

Don't go past this gem of a place, whether it is for coffee on the go or a meal/snack everything is fantastic. The staff are super friendly and efficient, cafe is spacious and has an open atmosphere and quick to get the food out. Coffee is a must! Can't go anywhere else now, spoilt!

I went to this restaurant to get some takeaway lunch for my family (we were staying 10 minutes away). The staff were friendly and attentive and the restaurant itself is ok. The food was terrible. We ordered a chicken Bahn mi (see below) and it was not edible. The bread was rock hard, the chicken was grey and not appetising at all the salad was poor at best. My kids had the chicken burger (from the kids menu) and it wasnt much better. The chicken was grey and had hardly any on it. I had the club sandwich it was very much substandard. I called the restaurant to complain and was told the manager would call me back this never happened. To say this was disappointing is an understatement this was by far the worst meal we had while staying in Coffs. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will definitely not be returning.

Taste of the food was 5/5. Portion size was 2/5 (and it was pretty expensive) and service was 3/5.
