Fabulous Feast at Universal Burger Co in Auburn, Sydney😀 We were on the way to Lakemba for shopping when hubby suggested we check out Universal Burger Co for lunch so we took a little detour & WOW, WOW, WOW!😍 We were converted & there is no going back to regular burgers after tasting these gourmet burgers!!!😋 On our Menu Universal Beef Burger Moroccan Lamb Burger Korean Chicken Burger Buffalo Wings Sweet Potato chips Drinks Mixed berry fruit crush Caramel shake Strawberry shake A special thank you to Chef Pierre for your outstanding hospitality! All the food was AMAZING!😀 Perfect flavour with the right spice🌶 Thank you also to the staff for their lovely service🙂 If you haven’t visited Universal Burger Co yet, then do yourself a favour & try their burgers. The burgers were extremely juicy and tasty. Highly recommended to satisfy your burger craving

Will classify myself as a regular here since it is close to my work place. The menu and the decor is quite fancy. I have seen the speed of service become quite impressive over the last month or so. Food is usually served under 10-15 minutes now. Universal burger is my all time favourite. Other burgers like Dubai & Beijing are excellent as well. Only drawback is the service which is quite inconsistent. Most of the front staff are not very friendly and helpful. Have seen them lazing around on most occasions after serving the customers.

Excellent service. Sonia made sure takeaway was prepared 10 minutes later to keep it fresh. Well done!

Also ubers late delivery so was cold , but my philly cheese steak had one tiny peice of steak like a strip 5cmx2cm the rest was mushroom for some weird reason and capsicum with no cheese and my buffalo wings arrived with no sauce and cold as a rock so werent enjoyed either

I gave this place a go during a $5 promo and the burgers were cooked to perfection. Had the fish and veggie option. Service was good too. Highly recommend.

Do not try Mumbai Burger, definitely not taking me back there. Other burgers may be great(didn’t try, this was my first time) . Staff didn’t even check how was the food ...if I liked or not? The first 60sec of order taking itself was a big turn-off 😔

Tried Moroccan burger New Orleans burger Below average, half cooked Nothing like Firefly burgers' backfire burger.

Menu and decor are better than the actual food, unfortunately. Service was so slow, there were only 2 other customers in the store, but still a 15 minute wait for a chicken burger. Could definitely improve on their customer service too. Location is good, especially to eat after a movie. But service needs to improve.
