Ummah Thai Restaurant

I ordered today at 11:15 and they said will arrived at 12:50, then nothing happend at 1pm, then i tried to call the restaurant and no one pick it up, then i tried to talk to customer care of menulog ( where i ordered). They said they will contact the restaurant, about 5’ they said the restaurant was closed at 1:06, then i received 1 call maybe from menulog explain about why my food not delivered then she said something about driver have accident, and later on she said restaurant have been shut down, they not open today... So how can they confirmed my order then not delivery... wait arround 2-3 hours for food and have to work at 2pm... this is bad or i can said this is worst customer service ever... no apologize from restaurant and only fake story from menulog staff. Many Thai restaurant out there, not this one

Ordered via Menulog. The advised time on the menulog was incorrect by 60mins but I ordered anyway. Ordered at 11.20am; confirmed time was 12.45pm. At 1pm the restaurant contacted me advising an additional 30 minute delay. This was misleading. I rang at 1.55 to enquire about food to be told is was a few minutes away. I asked to speak to the manager and was told to call back later. Food eventually arrived at 2.25pm. Three hours after ordering and over ninety minutes after confirmed time. If this had happened to a customer instore, all sorts of refunds would be offered. Food was average - ingredient quality was high but the noodles had congealed in transit and the dishes where only warm. If the transit time is an issue, the restaurant should not offer delivery. So for my experience this time, poor delivery time, average meal quality and poor customer service.

Alhamdulillah for the Best Halal Food. Amazingly delicious authentic southern thai cuisine. Toilet need to be clean and smell fresh all the time.

Good food and friendly staff

Food are excellent! They have curtain room seat for ladies. They also have musholla. Most importantly it is halal! Loved it!
