Great place to hang out and have a lunch but the waiting is a Little bit to long

Ordered some main meals only to be forgotten, we asked 2 times before they arrived.

Service was awfully slow. My mates finished their food before m i even got mine

Surprisingly Great food

26 February 2021 ordered a margarita pizza and 2 mains. Mains come out with the guy delivering it saying sorry I dropped the utensils and will go and get some more for you. It looked like he forgot before he finished the sentence, I watch for couple of minutes delivering to other tables and when he doesn't come back I go to him and ask where the utensils are that he was going to bring back. He says sorry I forgot then looks at another waiter and says hey didn't I ask you to take cutlery to a table, the other waiter says I did to table 65. I said I am table 56. He gives me cutlery and I ask him where the pizza is, he says he will check and get back to me and again looks like he forgot before he has turned around. We finish our mains and the pizza which was meant to be before the mains still hasn't arrived so I ask another staff member where the pizza is, he says I will check and get back to you. This one looks like he forgot quicker than the first one. The tables on both sides of me who ordered after us both get their pizza and meals. We ask a 3rd staff member who at least checks for us, she returns and says they are cooking it now and it will be out shortly, they are short staffed today and it may have been given to another table. We wait another 10 minutes and then find another staff member who looks lost and walking around to at least 10 tables asking if they were waiting on a pizza (which was in her hands) we try to talk to her but she palms us of as she finds a table and gives them the pizza. We got up got a refund for the pizza and left. Last time we go to this place. My recommendation is avoid the Warwick.

Cheerful atmosphere with the great, helpful staff. Nothing was a problem. Great food, delivered promptly (with a smile) hot & delicious, and that was for a group of 30, from seniors down to children. Well done to the staff of the Warwick.

A spacious conference venue and pub/bistro area with a large variety of drinks and meals. Great meeting spot. Service is good too.

Absolutely loved having dinner here! Plenty of space and a great outside seating options and amazing food, staff were friendly and caring a perfect place for a family feed.

Had a very pleasant experience, amazing staff especially the young man named Yousef

Food was pretty good but when we ordered, the staff that served us literally said "Whats your order?" and then just looked to her left to talk to her co-worker and laughed.
