Extremely disappointing. The place was not full or overly busy, and we were left without acknowledgement, standing at the front to be seated for around 10 minutes while staff stood around talking to each other. I called prior to arriving and made a booking, when I arrived, they said there was no booking. The food was average of taste. Kids meals were large, but one did not come with chips or veg when the menu stated they all came with chips or veg. The other kids meal, chips were hard and uncooked, and a lot had marks and black spots. Overall left a bad taste and I will not be returning.

Staff were super friendly but the tbone was terrible $40 for a 10mm thick over cooked grisly bit of meat. Management comped $30 of the meal without having to even make a complaint after a few steaks from the table were sent back to the kitchen so at least they tried to fix the problem but they definitely need to find a new butcher.

We would not recommend this hotel to any of are friends

I went on a Thursday night and that meant parma night. They had a huge range of different parmas and for $14 that came with the chips and salad. Great value and tasted awesome. I had the AC/DC parma and it was delicious. There are jalapenos and onion with potatoes. I loved it and i will be taking my girlfriend there soon.
