The Thamel Nepalese Restaurant

First thing first, I gave a star just to write an review. Otherwise, this place is not worthy for even a star. Today I had fried chicken mono but the momos were so so tiny (like grapes). It is so tiny that one can have 2-3 momos at a time. “IF YOU GUYS DON’T KNOW HOW TO MAKE MOMO THEN YOU SHOULD NOT BE SELLING THEM”. You guys are ripping customers’ money. Not happy with the service too. Will never go there again and will not recommend to anyone.

Well the name is good as a thamel as real authentic name of Nepal but your need to change alot for cusumer satisfaction

Everything is nice and fresh but panipuri is worst. Especially the amount of stuffing they send while Uber or at shop is not even enough for three puri . It’s like seriously that’s it feeling when you see it . You only get puri .i will never order pani puri waste of money . otherwise nothing to complain about .

I just had an uber order for Nepali thali set with chicken curry thinking of having a good food before sleep. It ripped me off looking at the food i was provided by the restaurant this evening. I literally had a three pieces of chicken small in size with just a turmeric salt and some peppers with oil, veg curry with 2pieces of cauliflower, daal which was totally off.. i am literally not gonna prefer this anymore. Total waste of money and time! Being a Nepali i have to say this to a Nepalese restaurant because you guys did not met any of the expectations as i used to think. It was my first and the last one.

Ur going to in for a treat if you would order for momos and the meal thali set here. Only to try the Nepalese cuisine and really enjoyed it!!

Thamel seems to let their customers down with very bad customer service and food handling strategy.

Really terrible momo I’ve ever had .Was not cooked well . The momo’s filling was tasting like it was past few days . Wouldn’t recommend to go there . Waste of my money ,time ,expectations. My stomach was upset after the momo . Gross!!!!
