The Smoke BBQ

I love this place, went there 2 years ago & told all my friends about then finally went back recently it is well worth the trip. The food is delicious, decent prices, good portions & friendly staff. I'm in love with their corn bread. It's a really nice cozy place gets really busy obviously because the food is so good.

Checked this place out last night and it was great! Service was amazing! Staff were so friendly and helpful! Food was absolutely fantastic And to top it all off- they have Pepsi AND Coke!!

Very disappointing. I've been to this place before (about a year ago) and loved it, recommended it to everyone. Went back today and something has definitely changed for the worse. The food is a little expensive but that used to be fine as it was incredible. However, when it's expensive, dry, tough and flavourless, as it was today, it's a little harder to swallow. Don't get me wrong, some of the food is still very good, but the ribs and chicken in particular were to the point of being very hard to eat. There's still friendly staff and good service, sure, but what you're really there for is the food and it's now a waste of time. I'm just disappointed a place that used to be so good is now something I'd recommend people avoid.

Just picked up a burger from this joint, it was absolutely delicious. Fresh, hot and full of flavour. It was served on a proper bread roll, not some fancy brioche bun! Highly recommend you trying it out....... I will be back

Still searching for an exceptional Brisket in Brisbane. This place lured me with promises of 14-hr smoked brisket. It was disappointing - while it was tender, it was also dry and they killed it with BBQ sauce which meant the flavour was overrun. Portion was small for the price - 4 slivers of meat. I mean, this place boasts about American cuisine but in all honesty it was average. The staff didn't ask "how was it" while I was paying, so, they probably know not to ask or they'll get an answer they don't know how to respond to.

Just had dinner with my partner here tonight, first time. It’s not often you find a restaurant that has amazing food, hospitality and pricing. Well done to the management and staff. Will definitely be back!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Such a disappointment this place turned out to be. My partner ordered a rare steak, it came out well done, we sent it back & the next one was even more well done, if that was possible. My burger was so dry, I was nearly choking. The only saving grace of this place was the staff are so pleasant & friendly. There are WAY better places in Brisbane that do way better BBQ's. Dont waste your time.or money here.

The food was fantastic the staff was great always checking to see if we are happy good value for money although prices did go up slightly from the last time we visited but still value for money.

The smoke is a true American Bbq restaurant offering all manner of smoked and slow cooked meals. Prices are a little high but the food is ohh so good. They do booking due to Covid. Please call ahead.

Very nice pulled pork sandwich, good range of bbq meat. Really nice staff.
