432 Kent St Shop A 2000, Sydney
Amazing cheap eats!
Place is cosy, food taste really Indonesian, and price is average.
Some of the best food I’ve ever eaten, every dish was perfect and had flavours I’ve never tasted before, absolutely amazing!! Would 100% recommend
Cozy restaurant with exquisite authentic dishes and friendly staff. Quick service and great price. Highly recommended!
A great Indonesian in Sydney, casual dining place. Food was excellent and quick. They bring dishes out as they are ready. Staff are also polite. Reasonably priced (for Sydney standards) I like the fact you can help yourself to water for the table at no cost. We went at 630pm on Wednesday but within 20mins there was a queue outside and I can see why. Give it a try if you are in the area, you won't be disappointed.
The food and service was quite decent. $27pp for a banquet with 5 dishes was good value esp since covid And they were very accommodating with some alterations for dietary requirements. Wasn't super filling tho, so think the $40 banquet would be a better choice with more dishes.
Indonesian restaurant with Indonesian authentic varieties menu. 4 small menu cost me $63 which is affordable. Taste is pleasant, staff are friendly, restaurant is clean and sanitize is provided. I've tried the fried chicken which is taste better than grill chicken (lack of marinated). Vegetables curry is delicious, fried Calamari taste frozen but still okay.
A small, low-key venue that is well maintained. Really friendly service. Really amazing food at decent prices! There's also a small drinks list to complement your meal. Our group was surprised a place like this is in the CBD. Would highly recommend.
The best Indonesian food in Sydney! Everything was delicious, from the satay, to the Soto ayam, to the grilled squid. Highly recommend.
Had a good experience on a Saturday dining with friends for lunch. They have digital/online ordering system so you need to scan the QR code on each table and it will go from there. You also have to pay in advance through the app after placing your order in. The food came rather quick and mostly all together. We ordered chicken skewers with peanut sauce, grilled beef ribs, beef tripe in coconut soup, crunchy anchovies and peanut as a side and some white rice. All the flavours were good balance, especially the beef ribs were very yummy. The chicken skewers were also tender and the satay peanut sauce is delicious. For drinks we ordered iced tea and es cendol, nothing too special about them just average. The 4 stars is for the food portions as I found it a little bit pricey for the amount of food that came out (4 dishes and 2 drinks for $66 plus 1% card surcharge).
