I feel I'm not doing justice to this lovely venue, great service by giving only 4 stars. There is a story however. In other Italian restaurants, on occasion, I have had amazing steak, with green pepper corns, pressed in to the steak and permeating. I know, it's not what you expect in an Italian restaurant, it was on the menu and I chose it. Rare. If that is how you like your steak, don't order it at the Rustic Olive. They do lots of other things amazingly well. Choose them and you won't be disappointed.

The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious and plentiful. Only one glitch one of the patrons smoked her cigarettes outside the restaurant but still stood to close to the restaurant. Staff has to be aware of that and ask them to move farther away. Definitely will go back.

I come here whenever I’m in Brisbane. It’s my all-time favourite restaurant. I usually order pizza or risotto. Always excellent. Good service too, no matter how busy or crowded it is. My partner loves the Italian hot chocolate.

Great experience! Delicious food and great service. It was busy (peak period) when we got there but were seated very quickly, the staff were very accommodating and understanding with our 2 kids (a baby and a 3yo). Our food came out very quickly and they were delicious. Can't fault this place.

Great service! Nice atmosphere. We had a table of 6, all of whom ordered different dishes. Half were good half were bad. So its a bit of a lucky dip. But otherwise good and will go back again! Dessert was delicious!

Top notch food. Massive menu choices. Friendly service. Small order mistake but rectified quickly. Extra forks supplied to share desert but plates would have been helpful too.

Such good value. Amazing flavours. Took 3 containers home of leftovers. Will definitely visit again to try other menu items. Fast service for a full restaurant on a Saturday night.

I had the best pasta and salad in my life. Friendly stuff and great atmosphere are just bonus!
