Delicious the food was great and the staff were amazing

Overcooked and tough steak. Food for 9 people came spaced out over 20 minutes. The pancakes for 2 standard, savoury menu, dishes came 10 minutes after the rest of the dish. Cottage fries were burnt AND soggy?!!! How??? Very uninspiring.

Cool booths. Nice place for a relaxed coffee or hot chocolate.

Great place to eat and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

It's a shame when incompetent or self-righteous staff cancel out the competent, friendly staff. If customers say their milkshakes, when they finally arrive well after the pankakes even when ordered before, are warm, don't quiz by two members of staff as to what was wrong or excuse that the ice cream was cold. Milk left on the bar bench for long periods may pass in coffee, but not in milkshakes. I tried both and they both tasted off. I know what malt tastes like and it was not malt. You don't retain customers if you dismiss them and argue with them if there is an issue.

Staff struggling placed order bacon was that burnt beyond recognition missing syrup, pancakes well below average and expensive for food that will never go we will never go back for very disappointing.
