Food is usually always decent quality. Unfortunately the new owners have changed everything about the menu and you can now NOT order from the 'kids' menu which used to be called "for the young and young at heart", no idea why since you're still buying something. Only reason I'm giving 3 stars, takes the fun away.

It's been years, 8 years in fact since we last came here. Not because the food was lacking but because customer's children running around, licking fingers and touching everything. We were pleasantly surprised, updated entry, service and food were great however cleanliness could be ramped up a bit for 5 stars.

I 1st noticed a guys leaving the toilets without washing his hands, this guy I then noticed working in the kitchen. I was either hoping he only washed the dishes or washed his hands in the kitchen. I Ordered a steak Rare, This was served to me looking like the sole of an old boot. The Ribs hade no taste other than the BBQ source they were coated with. After only eating the chips I tried to pay, the only response I got from the staff was puppy dog eyes with an apology and a full price they insisted I pay. I wish I read the number of complaints before I when there. An expensive lesson leant.

Will certainly visit again. Was not disappointed. Beautiful pancakes. Drinks pretty good. Generous serves. Welcoming staff and exceptional service. A lot of places could learn a lot about top service and top food from this place.Plenty to choose from on the menu. i highly recommend; very nice, thank you
