Very busy and very awesome. This place is bigger than I remember, but still great service and even better variety of locally produced chocolate. Bring your money and an empty car because you will want to fill it with everything you want to buy.

Nice place to check out. Wide assortment of products. Generous freebies/samples of regular, dark and white chocolate chips. Just make sure you use the serving spoons provided.

Friendly, happy staff. Unfortunately the kitchen was closed (possibly due to the recent lockdown in Perth) but it was still possible to buy some chocolates, fudge and gift items. The grounds are well kept and the factory is clean. Quite a number of unusually flavoured treats are available.

Wow what a fantastic place to visit!! Located on beautiful grounds it has everything Chocolate!! From chocolate coated macadamias, chocolate lollies to drinking chocolate powder. Some beautiful gift packs and souvenirs available. My favourites are the chocolate coated coffee beans. Yummo. They come in dark or milk. Cafe has some nice savoury meals. Coffee and cake looked great. Gluten free, sugar free chocolate also available.

Wow I love this place! So many choices of chocolate. We tasted a few delicious ones and bought some souvenirs for family. So good!

The chocolate factory is an iconic place to visit when heading down south. The hot chocolate I had was pretty average and the waffle was soft. Tad disappointing but still worth a visit if you love chocolate.

We had a brief stop here in a day tour. Not an inexpensive place to buy chocolate products but their chocolate is very good and they have a good reputation for their products.

Spoilt for chocolate choice here. A bit pricey as its a tourist hot spot. Worth checking out for everything chocolate.

Chocolate fondue used to be great. Now has dropped in quality by 50%. Almost no variety. No licorice, nougat or biscotti. Mostly marshmallows & banana, with 6 strawberries and 4 lolly snakes. Marshmallows are too sweet to constitute the major component. 😔

Can never go wrong, amazing local chocolate and a cafe worth the visit.
