Excellent surroundings great food and great staff.

The garlic prawns I had were scrumptious, which were served in a bed of rice. Surprised they were offered chips and salad with it. I chose the veggies and they were lovely and fresh. My friends lemon tart dessert looked lovely. She enjoyed immensely.

Excellent roast of the day

The food in the bistro was pretty ordinary. Staff were extremely pleasant and friendly. Venue is clean. We had a drink in the pub which has a really lovely atmosphere. Again very clean and comfortable. I'd definitely go back for a drink. I would eat tgere again for a basic meal when I can't be bothered cooking, but not chose this bistro as a venue to go out for dinner.

Went on a Friday night, reasonably priced food and drink, was fairly busy, but not packed full, good service, good food. We had chicken schnitzel, green thai curry and Guinness pie, pleased with the flavor and nice big portions

Disappointing meal .... the roast really lacks quality & presentation for the cost I’d have expected much better . The meat was tough and the veggies lacked variety only one burnt potatoe & majority of veggies were zucchini . What if you don’t like zucchini ? The only thing nice was the bread roll. Lol & that was free!, I might Add also, the meals were super fast to come out which in its self is a worrying sign .... give this hotel a miss.
