Great little area, lots of hidden gems. I believe the reclaimed area is a great addition to central Perth between the city and into Northbridge
A lot of different food options so can recommend for big groups, can get busy during lunchtime.
This place have restaurants ..close to bus and train station ..nice buildings .and some times presents some street artists
Might look & be nice when finished. But the people (bureaucrats) in West Australia seem to be past masters & stuffing the most simplest of things. Best to avoid for at least a year after advertised completion.

My kids got there things snatched there it's absolutely disgraceful.. No security.. Foul mouth people... Trouble who in there right mind feels safe there
My families first visit to this location which is very close to Perth station. Kids can have some fun in the roof top playground. There is a heap of food and beverage outlets to choose from. There is also a convienent access to Northbridge. Well worth a visit.
