Been twice, won't be back.
Pros: lovely layout with the hanging flora and food was delicious.
Cons: Rude staff.
This was our second attempt to visit after we were put off the first time by the rude 'bouncer' treating the waiting patrons at the door like cattle.
Second attempt was a special occasion organised by someone else. Food was delicious as noted. We had the breakfast platter for 2, but too many sweets when savories would have been appropriate.
But the reason why we won't visit again and for the poor rating was that we were hassled to vacate our table because of the 'busy lunch crowd' that was due to arrive. We weren't told anything about limited timing when we were seated at 10.30, but 15 mins before they wanted us to vacate and while we were still eating! The 'Bane' looking staff member approached us once, then proceeded to approach us a second time. This was despite the fact that they had gladly taken our coffee order which was problematic because we couldn't get a staff member's attention.
When we were leaving, a staff member apologised to us and said that it was hard for her to have to rush patrons. I responded that it was harder for patrons to be rushed and pay a premium for the privilege.
As other's have mentioned, car park is entirely insufficient for the size of the outlet and you will have to negotiate the side streets to find something.
Such a shame, because the food and offerings were good. But I'd rather spend my money elsewhere to be better treated.
