Exactly what we were expected from a German restaurant. Great atmosphere, good Germans beers, good traditional food, plates are really generous for the price ! We are definitely recommend this place !
Had a lunch here and loved the vibe enough to come back for dinner! Much better and more authentic than a few other places in Hahndorf. Don't forget the Underberg digestif after your big yummy meal! Oh, and super friendly staff here too!
Really cool vibe in Hahndorf, can easily spend an afternoon here and is not far from CBD. Worth the trip!
We have been eating here regularly. Their food is always very tasty, staff are very friendly and efficient. Everything is fantastic. Strongly recommend the ribs and soft skin pickled pork hock. The dish size is massive too - we always have enough leftover for another meal at home.
The best part of this place is it’s right on the street one can have good time sitting and indulging food especially on the nice warm Sunday, Pretty average food, gravies were well made... staff could be more friendly or just happily welcoming Over all pretty basic however worth a go just for the whole experience Guys also Follow my Insta @zingy_jinny and YouTube channel “journey with jinny” for more travel and food fun
This was the first time I HAVE BEEN here the meal was great top class my friends also was great the service was great in helping with the menu it is a great place to visit a must will definitely be going there again ALL the staff are so helpful with any questions WELL done

Had a great lunch of Pork knuckle , sauerkraut and potato salad. The pork knuckle was crispy and sauerkraut was delicate with a traditional flavour. My wife enjoyed the weiner schnitzel with chips and side salad. Both meals are of generous size and you can grab a doggie bag and take home any leftovers. We had enough for dinner as well.

Great menu and quick service. We stayed for 3 hours and really enjoyed ourselves. We had shared platers which were fantastic.
