Love the chicken waffles. Always a great feed.

A lot of people love this place, including my partner, but it’s not at all my cup of tea. The main menu is a bit junky and relies on a lot of highly processed fake meats for flavour. The treats in the cabinet are super sickly sweet. It reminds me of an old skool suburban cafe from the 80’s or early 90’s, only vegan, which is great if you like that sort of thing but it’s not for me. I prefer my vegan food less processed and more farm-to-table like the fare at El Planta or Grown. But if you’re a bit older and want something that reminds you of the old days, without the animal products, this is likely the place for you!

Such a wonderful menu, everything is always amazing. My absolute fave is is the cauliflower buffalo wings.

I love the grocery section here! Everything is definitely a bit more on the pricey end but I can always find the best vegan alternative here. Love the atmosphere and customer service, they’re always super friendly and happy to help! I used to dine here a lot but I haven’t been recently because I think they’ve changed chefs a few times. The best food I’ve had was around 5 years ago when I first tried their food. But willing to give it another shot soon.

The very best in Vegan food. Unique selection of Vegan options not found anywhere else. 100% Vegan, with GFO and Nut Free option. Chicken and Waffles are amazing. Cauliflower Buffalo Wings are divine.

Lovely speciality grocer with a good selection of items, a great cafe attached, slightly expensive but for the quality and variety of products in a small grocer, I’ll definitely be back. Throughly impressed with the selection of candy, food, makeup and enviro goodies available. Their cafe is a great place to come in for vegan baked goods like tasty pies and croissants that are hard to find. The freezer and fridge section is chock full of locally made cheeses, pies and ready meals. I also got my Christmas roast which I’m super excited for!
