Great selection of drinks, affordable food...have to visit again to participate in the Trivia night it looked like fun and very popular

Nice atmosphere, pretty good food. The pizzas were a bit disappointing for the price, as was the parmigiana. However, drinks were good, as was service.

Always great. Good service. Reasonably priced for food. Great sports bar and huge screens to watch the footy!

Absolutely horrible place. Had reservation made for months for a cousins 18th party got there and no tables were reserved at all. Then my brother brought the birthday boy 3 shots and even told the bartender it was for 1 person for his birthday and so he continued to take the shots. After taking the third shot he was kicked out for taking three shots. If that is a so called rule of the place they should have been informed when buying the shots or rules should be outlined at the bar. Would not recommend or come here ever again.

My Friend had chosen this place to celebrate her 17th with her family + grandparents and I (was supposed to be a fun time). Uterlly disappointed... had ordered hot chips and a margarita pizza. The cheese tasted off on the pizza and it was burnt. Now to get started with the service, when entering the hotel. He did not give clear instructions on how to sign in and we were outside for 10 minutes. The food service staff were really good and polite. My friend and I and her brother went out side to get fresh air and to take some photos out the front, like normal teenagers would. Then the hotel service got three security people out front to just look at us and judge what we are doing. Now I get they my have assumed we were drunk. But when we tried entering back into the hotel to join her family again. They were asking questions like can you show us your ID. This was very forcefully said. And told us that her brother was a miner. They never asked as if we had parents here, or any rational questions. This honestly ruined the night completely! I wasn't going to do a review but it needed to have been said. The reason for the review was so that maybe in future you could handle the situation differently. Not going back there again thats for sure.

Great night, lovely food. Coffees took ages & toilets needed a good clean throughout the night as well as loo paper & hand towel top ups

Ordered two meals in the bar area, first meal came out 10 minutes before the second meal. The second meal was a chicken parmigiana and the chicken itself was cold and not edible.I took the meal back and was told a fresh one will be made. The heated attempt came back and was still cold, the server advised me she will come back and check on how it is, she never returned. Not one person came past to collect our used plates. On my way out I mentioned to the gentleman that was standing at food collection area that the parmigiana was still cold, he didn’t seem to concerned about and said sorry. I would also like to mention I had to request Gravy that was paid for at the counter to only be given Dianne. It was a disappointing experience.

Has to be the best hotel I have ever seen, great food, service and ambiance

Pretty amazing pork ribs. Very fast turn around when an error was made with my order. Mistakes happen and they fixed it incredibly fast and without question. Friendly staff to boot. I’ll go back
