Had high hopes with the reviews provided but boy were we disappointed! We had made a reservation for a large group for a special occasion. We had arrived to then be told someone was at our table so had to wait for it to be available.. to later find out that we only had one table for us to gather around as they had seated other guests at the other tables that were supposed to be reserved.
As more of us arrived they added an extra little table as we couldn't physically fit on the one provided. Luckily for us the amount of people we originally booked for didn't all show, so after the additional table it was bearable.
The online ordering system is so flawed. The idea behind the QR code is cute and most meals arrived however a couple were marked as delivered to table but never made it to the table, leaving some of us to eat after others had. When some ordered drinks they had a staff member come over and double check our table to see if it were delivered.
Staff didn't seem to care, weren't apologetic or quick to deal with any situation we faced. Not sure if this is due to the lack of training or experience but enthusiasm and empathy would have put light on the situation.
In the end the food tasted pretty good, however since eating a number of our group have spent the remaining of the evening in the bathroom.
I hope to think this isn't an experience anyone else has been through. I personally don't recommend this venue for large events, especially special ones as it was most unorganised.
