Stunning setting on the Nightcliff foreshore - sea views, sea breeze, sunsets. Relaxed atmosphere. Good food and drinks. I love coming down to the foreshore cafe for a relaxing brunch, or evening drinks.
Great scenery. Food a little on expensive side
A casual, comfortable place to visit and have breakfast, lunch or dinner. The menu is a little limited but what they serve is first rate. I have no problems recommending them to visitor.
My favorite venue. Overlooking the ocean. Best food, smiley helpful service. Clean, modern with a choice of under cover or lazing on the lawn.

Yum! Great food and the view can't be beat.
The food was great but the girl who took our order was very rude!! She kept starring at me in a very condescending and offensive way as I was telling what I would like to order ( made me feel like as if she was reluctantly doing me a favour ). After we placed our order my friend politely asked her if we could grab anything by ourselves before we took a seat and she said no and that everything will be brought to the table. Later we got all our stuff except for the two water bottles we ordered and I reminded her that she forgot our water bottles, she made a sarcastic face, brought the water and told us that we could help ourselves next time. Her attitude was very bad and unwelcoming. I don't think we deserved to be treated the way she treated us. It's not like we came to eat for free. Never coming back ever! If you do go there watch out for the chubby, tall Australian girl! She was the one who ruined our day! And for the restaurant, please know how to treat your customers! Please invest in quality staff instead of hiring unprofessional, immature, unethical and insecure characters.
Great location and great food... And the owner of the Cool Spot in Fannie Bay is owns the Foreshore Cafe to! Which is another great place

The Foreshore is open from 7am until 10pm daily, and is licensed to serve a range of alcoholic beverages with any meal consumed on the premises. Serving All Australian Seafood and using only premium ingredients, The Foreshore has something to suit everyone. And then theres the view - this Cafe show cases Darwin's most spectacular sunrise's and sunsets's. We also boast a dedicated takeaway window for those looking to pull up a beanbag and relax on the lawns out front.
