The Defiant Duck

Food is pretty good but pricey for what it is. Alcohol is over the top expensive. Staff are friendly but I'm not 100% if it is Covid regulations but they feel almost reluctant to serve. Also the bathroom is an adventure to find in the building next door.

Not so defiant duck. For a name that sounds like it's bucking the trend this is as generic a burger can get. But the flavours are good enough so I can't give this a lower rating.

The best place for a relaxing atmosphere and a large range of cocktails!

Slow cooked lamb shoulder was a disaster. Slightly warm going to cold in the middle. Food poisoning issues. Waited 45 mins at table. Then waited another 5 mins for side of fries to arrive before returning meal to counter for refund. Noticed fries in kitchen awaiting delivery. Nobody was checking for orders to be completed. Very unimpressed with this place.

Amazing place, highly recommended. Ordered chicken wings that were full of flavours and blue cheese dip was amazing, ordered chicken tenders too completely fresh and served hot the honey mustard dip made it even better. For the main we ordered chicken parky and it was just out of this world Amazing service, asked the staff on Facebook if any meat was halal and was told chicken was. Asked the staff Instore if there was any chances of contamination and they confirmed no.
