Cutlery had old dried food on it, no apology from staff
Made me wait too long. 20 minutes for take away coffee.
Shocked by the promotion of gay pride magazine at the coffee shop with explicit description of sex acts in it. Have usually taken my grandchildren there while shopping in the centre - won't again. Not child friendly.
always very busy which is a sign of quality
