Best cheese in all the land.
I consider myself a foodie and very fond of great food and gastronomic experiences. Despite dining in some of the finest restaurants from New York, London, Singapore, Sydney and across continental Europe my expectations were blown away by The Chub. Can’t wait to be in the Brisbane area again to dine here once more. Amazing and the service was impeccable from Brennan and the team.
I was so excited after receiving a personal invitation to experience The Chub and it didn’t disappoint. The pasta was cretaceous, but the cheese platter was the highlight. Spying the pescatarian squid ink pasta on the shelf on the way out, I am very much looking forward to a return invitation. Five stars.
The Chub went beyond all my expectations, I'd heard about it for a couple weeks but I was finally able to make a booking last night. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!
As a crazy fan lover of pies & strawberries 😍😍, The Chub is definitely the first place I would visit. Amazing food, best service 🥴 & the most wonderful experience!!
What can I say I have been to The Chub multiple times and have never been let down. The toasties are to die for and my new personal favourite is the cheesiemushyeggs. I can only hope that I continue to get invited back until at least November 2025.
A very homely and warm atmosphere, very welcoming and friendly staff, the food and service were both great and I can't wait to dine here again!
Each visit to the Chub has been unique and delightful. The grazing platter is world class and the toasties are the bomb diggity 😁 I look forward to my next visit!
