Great place, great mid week specials especially the Wednesday $10 parmi night. Plus Thursdays $10 steak night. Plus the views are spectacular

Great place if you want to get violently attacked by not just one but 3-4 of the security guards

The oysters were fat, juicy and cooked to perfection. The wifey doesn't normally enjoy anything with too much heat but loved the small kick of tabasco in the kilpatrick sauce. We have always loved coming down to the Breakwater which over looks the marina, watching all the boats come in and out. Always an excellent atmosphere and chilled vibe. Never disappointed with the selection of taps or wine menu. Until next time ....

Nice place to sit and enjoy a drink. Unfortunately staff can be rude or their policies are rubbish. I waited in line for a few minutes to get a happy hour drink, staff were standing around and not serving. It ticked over to 6:01 and someone came to serve me and would not serve happy hour. I told the lady I had been waiting and she said she wouldn't do it. Almost seems like they do it on purpose!

Fun place but can get quiet busy. I think the place offer too much sitting area that make the whole restaurant seems very pack and small. The food was OK though. I would visit again for the convinience of where I am living.

Relaxed in very busy tavern, service good, snacks very good

Good food, nice views, affordable price. Staff extremely rude though. Please, managament, tell your floor staff that it doesn't hurt to be polite with costumers. The guy behind the till who took my order lacks basic good manners in talking to costumers. The one who brought the food, in turn, simply slammed the plates on the table showing little respect. Shame.

Food upstairs is superb and matches the price point. $5/oyster however is a touch steep, even for Perth. Salmon grilled to perfection, steaks cooked correctly and without a need to be drowned in gravy. Wonderful balance in each dish. Definitely a destination and occasion restaurant rather than a regular experience, but well worth it.
