Good tasting food, presentation and friendly staff

Great food but staff was amazingly good.

We had a wonderful lunch at The Boatshed Restaurant this afternoon. I ate the twice cooked pork belly with seared scallops and had the olive oil cake for dessert. Both were delicious (though the pork belly crackling was a little hard). My mother-in-law had the barramundi and my husband tried the roasted lamb rump, and both raved about their dishes. We had spectacular views of the city and the service was impeccable.

Lovely little cafe with a great view situated on the river. There is also an enclosed playground for kids at the back of the cafe. We had the fish cakes (really delicious), calamari (was ok, not as flavourful as we thought it was going to be) and had the sliders of the day (was quite tasty!). High chairs were available for the little ones should you need one.

If you want to impress someone for $30, then bring them here. Two coffees and two cakes looking out over the river. Can't beat it.

Would have given more stars, but noticed the Saturday Staff never asked the public to use the SafeWA. A bit relaxed guys. Ashame 😒

Great coffee spot in the morning, serene views. restaurant looks lovely.

We visited this restaurant for a birthday celebration and were given a window table which overlooked the Swan River and across to the city of Perth. Iconic black swans glided by as we watched. The staff were extremely attentive and welcoming and the food was excellent.
