The customer service was great from Matt and Alyssa who catered to our needs and the food was great!

Such a shame the food and service lacks here. Well, management service anyway. Bavarian tasting platter at $59 a pop, came out cold. Manager tried to tell me that it's the sausages that lose their heat from hot plate to table. Went on for about 10 mins with this crazy theory. Little did he know that I'm very familiar with how a German sausage should taste or be prepared having a EU background. Furthermore, no discount or refund on meal. Fairly offered take home deserts which I agreed but left with a chocolate pretzel only. Not worth the money. Suggest just drink here.

The food was superb here and plentiful. Great service and ambience. Wonderful diners and dinning atmosphere with so many families really enjoying themselves. Really good food portion sizes to. With the tropical gardens right outside the restaurant doors, an idealic setting.

The Bavarian served up the best schnitzel I have had in years - there was no need to add the sauce that came with it, so I dunked some chips in it. But even the chips were so good they pleaded not to be dunked! The slaw however was a little bland compared to others I've had recently. The serving was very generous. My grandson made a valiant effort to eat all of his yummy chips, but the serving was so large that Daddy had to finish them for him. The wings were given the thumbs up by a conoseur of such dishes also. The self ordering system (on your mobile) for food was easy to adapt to but still not visually impaired-friendly. Highly recommended for a family visit - and there is a playground for little kiddies not far away.
