Ribs were awesome!! Very hard to find decent ribs but these were really tasty, and the sauce was perfect. My partner also enjoyed her Parmi - will return. Thanks

The Bavarian is a little gem at Coomera Westfield. The young guy who greeted us was friendly and made us feel welcome. While it was cold and no inside table was available (for which this great young man was very apologetic for) we didn't mind sitting outside even though they don't have heating (we were wearing jackets anyway). The ordering experience involves scanning a QR code at your table and using their ordering system scan, order and pay through the app. It's an efficient system and probably one of positive things to come out of the pandemic. Our food was great and the staff were lovely. The only thing stopping Bavarian from getting a 5 star rating is their understaffing problem. It was a Saturday night and very busy (all inside tables taken, most outside ones taken too) so food and drinks took a while to come. This place always looks busy when we walk past on the weekends, so they need to hire a few more people and it will be a perfect place.

First time here but will definitely be back. Such a great atmosphere in the outside seating area. My husband and I had some difficulties with the new ordering system but Victoria was able to make the process a breeze - she walked us through the steps and recommend some delicious food

Staff are lovely, ordering from your table via phone is easy and great if you have multiple people paying separately. The food is also delicious.

Went for the all you can eat meat. My god I still feel full.

The food was quite good and the portion sizes were excellent but we booked a two hour seating for 6:30pm for a birthday, at 7:30pm we were asked if we wanted to order anything else as the kitchen was already closing. We said we'd still like to order dessert and that seemed like it was a hassle. We had to ask twice for cutlery to be able to eat our dessert as the first staff member walked off and forgot, we were there for nearly two hours and half the table was still full of dirty plates and glasses when we left as hardly anything had been cleared. They only cleared a few plates to make room for the desserts. We wanted to order a coffee after our meal but they don't offer coffee?? The restaurant was not very busy but attention to detail from the staff was sadly lacking. The large front door was wide open and it was very cold. I disliked the extra fees when ordering through the QR code at the table. It was an expensive evening for 8 people and we don't feel the level of service matched the price, I doubt we'll go back.

I rarely hand out 5 star rating.... in this instance if I could rate a 6 I would. The value we received today for lunch astounded me and my family. The staff were so lovely and helpful, the food was amazing and the price for the family meal was just perfect for a young family in these times. I just want to say thank you to the team and owner of this establishment for providing my family with such amazing food at such an amazing price it has put your restaurant on our weekly visit list. We sere so pleased I have made sure that our friends and family know about the service and quality we received today. Thank you again for such a great venue and great value for money. Thank you.

Ridiculous. No human wait staff will take your order. Not prepared to afford heating for patrons. Price does not reflect customer experience. come here ig your curious. Go somewhere else for something else better.
