40 minutes late to our booking due to the line outside and almost denied entry. Wasn't made aware of the entry fee when booking. Don't go out for a smoke either unless you're prepared to wait in the line to get back in either, security said we could come straight back in but sent us to the back of the line when we were done. Apart from that, if you don't smoke or vape its pretty good

Poor communication regarding dress code. The security guards were very rude rude when telling me that the shoes I was wearing were not allowed in the premises - which were new black shoes from Adidas. According to them, the dress code is “smart casual” and it doesn’t include sneakers, even though people with other types of sneakers were allowed in - I find it pathetic that they used torches to check whether people were wearing the right shoes or not. Very bad experience, decided to leave straight away and I don’t plan on ever coming back. What was meant to a fun night with my friends (including a friend that will no longer live in NSW), became a terrible experience just because of a pair of plain black shoes I was wearing. Ridiculous to say the least. 👎🏼

Kicked us out when we were next to sober. Payed too much to be in there for an hour. Couldn’t even give us a reason because they knew were sober. Don’t go here they are sexist. Only the girls go kicked out, not the guys. Won’t be returning!

Gaurd harassed the girls in my group. When we responded negatively he asked us to leave. We arrived early with a large group. At 9:30 pm we were walking to the bar to order our third drink. A guard grabs my ours cousins physically and starts giving them a hard time. My girlfriend steps in to say that it was inappropriate to touch them physically and to question why they were being harassed. When she responds this way, surprised and negatively, at the physical nature of his actions and the baseless harassment the guard takes it as a sign of aggression and or drunkenness from us and tells us we have to leave. My girlfriend continued to question whether we were being removed because we were calling him out. We were not drunk, but even if we were grabbing a woman physically and aggressively is not professional or appropriate. While we understand that security has compete discretion to remove someone at any time for no reason at all, grabbing a woman like this is inappropriate and unprofessional behavior and continuing to remove us when we respond negatively on the guise that we have "had too much to drink" is nothing short of an abuse of power. You don't have to be drunk to stand up to a strange man who grabs you even if he is wearing a uniform.

The manager is really nice. The staff and security are so rude. Absolutely terrible experience. The lady came over with a drink and i said oh that mine and she screamed at me and told me she was going to kick me out. The security are disgusting. Pigs

What a nice place to be in. Really enjoyed the drinks and food. Specially the drinks are so tasty and fantastic... My time here was fantastic... 🥰🥰

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. NEVER COMING BACK NOT RECOMMENDING IT TO ANYONE! Avoid this venue if you want to be treated with respect. I booked a table for 15 people to celebrate my birthday Last Saturday and I asked for how long was the reservation for. They didn’t answer my question and after 2 hours the manager came to the table saying that the had to leave because that table was already booked for another groups of 12 people. The HAPPY HOUR IS A LIE. They told my boyfriend they put 1 shot instead of 2 during happy hour times that’s why the price of each drink is cheaper. I bring a cake and they didn’t allow me to light the candles. About SECURITY GUARDS all that I can say is that they were EXTREMELY RUDE and very AGGRESSIVE during all night long. They forced me to find my reservation at the host desk when that was not my job saying that my surname was very difficult to find. One of these guys at the end of the night didn’t allowed me to take a picture with all my friends SAYING ITS TIME TO GO. BYE. And one of them touch me when I was looking at my phone. The asian manager was super rude as well saying that it was not his problem. He never tried to understand any of our requests.

Honestly place is a joke security guards think they can get away with bullying people. Not only this on my mates 18th birthday we had a small group of 5 arriving at 9:30 everyone but myself was aloud entry, and for no valid reason.

I've generally had a good time at this venue, it's spacious with a nice open layout. Love El Camino drinks and food. What I really dislike and turns me off going to this place are the security guards. They are inconsistent and have different rules depending on who you speak with. I wish they were more professional. We had a booking but almost missed it do to there not being a seperate line up for those that have pre-booked! It's not that difficult to organise two lines especially with a zillion security guards standing around.

I booked by 21st here and had some complications but one of the hostesses named Sophie was honestly the only person I spoke to that was understanding of the situation and helped us fix problems quickly. She really helped us out and I am so grateful!
