Terra Mia

Food was delicious and made with fresh ingredients. They bake breads themselves which is really good. Great customer service. Great atmosphere. Overall I’d say if you want Italian in Wollongong that’s the place to go. Def will be back! By the way loved the gelato!

Food ok. Proprietress went out of her way to be rude to me in front of other customers. Centro CBD and pizzeria 50 are nearby and have far better service.

Great food, very quick service

Staff have no idea what they are doing. Ran out of spoons then handed out table spoons. Really disappointing menu and food wasn't much better. First and last time going there.

I've been going to Terra Mia since a month after they opened and that was over 5 years ago. I keep coming back due to their delicious food and impeccable service and I have to add you never wait more than 20 minutes for a meal which can't be said for other Italian Restaurants in the Gong.

No warm welcoming to this place. I got a lot of evils from the women behind the counter. The pasta we ordered was bland but the pizza was alright. Nothing I would come back for. I had a pretty bad experience and it’s quite expensive. There was also this 10 year old and a teenager who was one of the owners family members running around really ruining our dinner experience. I couldn’t wait to get out of there.

Shocking customer service by woman at the register! Would not recommend or go back.

Ordered takeaway, a pizza and pasta. The pasta container wasn't even half full. The pizza was cold. The staff were rude when entering to pick up the order. I wouldn't recommend ordering takeaway from here.
