105 Rawson St Shop 105 2144, Auburn
Absolutely horrible experience last night! The menu is extremely limited with hardly any vegetarian options & no seafood options. They had run out of multiple options on the menu - boneless chicken, rice & naan. Service was disappointing as was the attitude to the fact that they had run out of so many options in an already limited menu. Will never return & will never recommend.
Good halal Chinese food serving Uyghur delicacies... welcoming staff and quick turnaround time...
(The people that had complaints about this place especially at night, try going in the day for lunch time. If you wanted to. Those that had horrible experience especially last night is probably from a different staff member. I had experienced lunch time and the staffs were nice. I think those had horrible experience probably was at Tarim on the wrong day). - comfortable atmosphere for a restaurant on a busy Rawson St. (But service could be better) - basin Lagman was nice - tohor was average (need more flavour to enable the flavours to absorb into the chicken) - lamb skewers was spot on. Tender, not too dry, and easily can be removed from the metal skewers. Some other places make it so dry and hard that it's even hard to pull the lamb off. - pancakes (goshman) was quite nice. Overall the meals tasted fresh. It could use more spices and flavours but it was still nice. The way the noodles were made was PERFECT. not like the soggy noodles, or hard noodles. It was spot on. And the right "chewiness" type of texture of handmade noodles. Advice: - Lamb skewers could use more spice - everything else was nice but it could use more flavour. (Tohor and basim). - goshman should use a little more salt. Just a suggestion "flavour-wise". No complaint at all. Me and my parents finished everything π€£
Authentic Uyhgur Chinese Restaurant. The Staff/ Owners are very welcoming and the food is always fast to come out after ordering.

My friend made sure we visited this place while we were around Sydney as they said they had the best spicy noodles and she was right! I also loved the amazing lamb dumplings that tasted like I was taking a bite out of a beautiful lamb burger each dumpling! Loved it.
Unique flavours, mix of Middle Eastern flavours fused with Chinese food. Very under rated place. The skewers are a must have!
Very good friendly staff. Food is yummy and delicious
The food was amazing and the service was great, with dishes explained as it was out first visit. Will be going back.
I was excited to try this resto as i had been seeing this shop since i started visiting the area. I got a bit more curious when i search what their dish was and learned it is similar to what i have tried when i stayed in china for a few years. Unfortunately i felt i wasnt assisted well maybe because i wasnt speaking their language. The food was ok. And i wanted to order a few more items when i come back but knowing how they will treat me i just wanted to avoid that. π
