Excellent customer service by Reet, friendly staff. Ordered Chana Bhatura and Ginger Masala Tea, Super delicious and tasty, will go there again and again. Highly recommended👌.

I have ordered on phone they told me it will b ready in 10min after reached there I have payed the bill even after that I have to wait for another 25min and not response from the staff at the end I have to left the place without taking my ordered Nd when I told the staff i m. Going Without taking my order they say ok thanks .....very unprofessional staff suggestions to everyone pls make sure before going there ....

Had a bad experience with the food. The menu suggest, the items are onion garlic free. However, when served the recipe contained onion and garlic. Please be cautious while ordering food from here as the ingredients used would be misleading.

Tried North Indian / Punjabi thali with family. Disappointed with the quality of food. Was charged more than the advertised price. Will not go there again.

We have been a regular customer at Taj since they opened in Harris Park in 2002 or thereabouts and whilst in the last 2-3 years the food has had some hits and misses, net net it’s been ok and the staff have always handled complaints well.....until today. We went and ordered masala dosa with the potato on the side, my wife had barely taken 3 bites and said the potato on the top of her bowl is stale but at the bottom is off. I had mine and was the same. My wife called over the manager and told him, he said it’s fresh but he will take it to the chef anyway. Came out and said chef says it’s fine, there is no problem. Did not bring her bowl out or replace her potato and the guy disappeared as well. My wife had a plain dosa and not the masala one she had ordered. We have both had gastro for the last 2 hours.....added bonus to paying for our food 🙄 While in no way is it acceptable to be served food that is sub par, the worst was the attitude....the chef is right, not the paying customer. I think the owners of Taj who we have supported through the years with our patronage forget that it’s not that their restaurant is the only one serving this kind of food anymore, there are many more in Harris Park and patrons are spoilt for choice. Seems to be a few reviews of food served which has gone bad and customer treated poorly. I will be lodging a complaint with the food safety authority tomorrow, probably the only way to give the customer a voice here.

Was pretty impressed with the amazing service I received. Staff members are genuinely interested in making the whole experience a pleasant one and are attentive to your needs. It took close to 15 minutes for the Chole Bhature to be served but it was fresh and worth the wait. Highly recommended.

The FOH servicing girl was busy talking with someone else on EarPods while taking the order which results in not getting the right option customer asked for no attention if customer needs anything else while being there day became worse upon visiting them
