I think this is one of the best dumpling restaurant I have ever been to. Tasty, efficient and cheap. By cheap I mean very value for the money you spend. $10 for 15 dumplings (pan fried or boiled) plus a pork bum and a drink. I have recommended it to many friends and so far everyone loves it.
