Great pho
could be better
This pho is king. The broth is clean yet so deep in flavour. Very tender beef and fresh garnishes. All my mates I have referred here have made it their regular too.
Their bowl of Bun Bo Hue is quite unique, pretty tasty. A medium bowl will cost you $11 and is more than sufficient to cure an average person's hunger on a sunny Saturday afternoon. Love their fried pork/ meat balls in the soup as well. They do have bigger portions in 'large' and yes you guess it right, 'super bowl'!
The menu is quite diverse and there are many options available for authentic vietnamese food. This place is also very easy to get to, located at a famous Vietnamese suburb in East Richmond where lots of good Vietnamese restaurants are... You can definiitely get a nice Vietnamese food fix here in this restaurant....
Ordered a couple of pho soups at around $15 ea Two chicken satay skewers $11 6 chicken wings at $9 Service was quick, restaurant wasn't to packed, they also allowed me to have a couple of alcoholic drinks BYO Ladies were friendly. Total of $56 So there must have been a small corkage charge.
Amazing pho, very generous sizes and great prices... line up, wait is 10000% worth it, trust me. Get the beef and brisket!
Really tasty pho. Friendly staff and a clean venue.
I worked here as a waiter a few years back and it was the worst part of my life. Terrible working conditions, with lack of water/toilet breaks probably cut years off my life. I would work everyday with only 1 meal break and be paid $9 an hour (all paid cash in hand of course - wouldn't want any legal trouble now, would we?) It is disgusting that they would treat desperate international students and naive people this way because they don't know any better.
The best.. tasty , quick and easy. BoomππΌππΌ
