My partner had a terrible experience at this store today and I am extremely disappointed with how it was handled by SupaBarn staff. First, he was overcharged, and when he told the cashier, they insisted it was just a glitch and he wasn't charged $8 extra. He left the store only to check his bank receipt and find he was actually charged the extra amount. He then returned and asked for a refund, but instead the cashier insisted that out of the two items he bought, one box of mac n cheese was $11. The cashier was wrong, as it was on sale, which my partner tried to explain. He asked them to go check the price tag on the shelf but they refused. He went and did it himself, took a photo on his phone and went back to the cashier to show the marked price was actually $2.78. There was no apology or compensation, only a refund for the overcharged funds. The sheer lack of respect and professionalism is extremely frustrating. Supabarn, do better.
