Subway

Food and service good.

Today around 3.25pm I went to 7eleven west Wollongong for a coffee and got tempted by our lovely subway. When i went in, i got a unwelcoming look from the girl who served me. She didn't even care to smile or pass a 'hiii'. Without any expression she took and prepared my order well. Also she didnt even care to say a thankz after handing over the food or after payment. Whoever it was i just wanted to say, food alone wont taste good, its how you serve as well. Never going there ever again, this ruined my day.

Just had an interesting experience at this store. There was an older lady just barking orders at the rest of the staff as if it was part of a military complex or something. She didn't look like she was actually doing anything though so I don't know what her issue was, the rest of the staff seemed really nice and friendly and gave me a really good service. I think her name began with L but I'm not sure.

I literally can’t fault subway. I love it so much. Always cooked in front of you using only the freshest ingredients. Never have to wait very long and always have great service. Love this place. 😍

Had no bread had to get wrap.

Closing time written on the door is 9:30 but staff refuse to take my order at 9 , very unprofessional and rude staff

Worst subway ever rude and flies and toppings are old

The restaurant was very clean and their customer service was really nice. Not sure about salads though as the lettuce and tomatoes looked a bit off but it was fine.

Very bad experience with customer service . Lady was so unprofessional and rude not even said thank you . Don’t waste money to go at this place you will regret after that .
