Ngl Rhys actually makes a good sub

This is the worst subway in the history of subway. Dont expect good service, don't expect a good sub, don't expect them to have everything and whatever you do don't go in there on your lunch break. These people can't manage when its busy. PATHETIC!!!👎🤬

The dark guy who works there’s keeps stuffing up my order in person. What really put me off. I brought home a cold chicken fillet when I asked for toasted sub, I took it back and I reordered a grilled chicken salad and my chicken was frozen 🤢

Just walked in at 1pm (still very much lunch time to me) to find a line of 6 people and one staff member serving and chatting. Promptly walked out after standing in queue for 5 minutes and were no closer to the front.. Level of service: 0 Food taste and quality: 0 Would recommend: 0/10 Thanks subway @ Randall shopping centre, the other reviews about your store will ensure that many more customers bypass you.

I've been coming to this Subway ever since it came under new management last year and every time I come here I am very satisfied with my experience. Shout out to Ben and (if I recall correctly) the manager Jeremy for their great, friendly service. See you guys next time!

I've been told by a number of the workers that the staff aren't even trained properly. Apparently most of the poor workers have to learn and train them self. Its appalling that the management team don't even have the common courtesy to properly train their staff, quite frankly it gives the shop a bad name because the workers wouldn't know how to do some things. I was going to tell one of my family members to work here, however i'm glad i didn't. In my opinion i think the management staff need to get their act together. Sorry Slacks Creek Subway you've lost yourself a viable customer.

Either they cannot see people waiting or they ignore. Extremely rude and when u ask them u was first you will be told to go back to Queue
