Subset 27

Loved our visit to Subset 27. Friendly staff, quick service and great tasting food. Will be a returning customer.

We had a vegetarian Pizza and also wanted a pepperoni. It wasnt on the menu so we asked if we could order a cheese pizza and add pepperoni. Waiter cut me off and just said “No”…so we resigned to a cheese. Vege pizza was lacking seasoning or any flavour and veggies tasted very watery. Middle was soggy and crust was hard. Pizza base was like a store bought frozen pizza from a store freezer aisle and certainly tasted that way too. Which might explain why we couldnt customise our pizza.. IDK. Place has nice aesthetics and I like their cocktails but the food is rubbish every time we have been.

We came for mother's day. My mother inlaw is alergic to garlic and when enquiring about the food they were very rude and informed us that 99% of the menu has garlic and they cant help cross contamination. Food was very slow to come out, waited 40 mins and then on top the kicked us out in 1.5 hours while eating as they said they had a booking for our table. Food was average and way over priced won't be coming back here again...

The chicken burger was both burnt on the outside and undercooked on the inside, the coleslaw in the burger wasn't flavorsome. For $24 a burger I expect it to be well cooked.
