Steampunk Surfers Paradise

Ordered the vegan burger and loaded gravy chips! Chips were fantastic no complaints there but the buns on the burger and a friends chicken burger were rock solid. Could bang them both on the table and you could hear it. Friend ordered the loaded chips as well and they were still frozen. Manager wasn’t interested in giving a refund or anything.

Arrived to the no menu's everything done online, bar man busy so no interest shown on logging in etc. So left could not be bothered to interact with a computer nothing friendly about the place another big chain with no customer service. Stick to family run restaurants with customer service.

Everything from the food, the service to the cocktails has been amazing. The vibe is out of this world with the live music playing. Definitely coming back the next time we're around for sure!

Had a function here. Poor service from that side of the business. Staff fantastic. If you can ignore the events team, which when planning an event you can't. It would be a 5 star place.

We stopped in after dinner and a few drinks at a different venue that we had high expectations for, but were really disappointed. Steampunk and its staff were amazing! Friendly and warm, venue is amazing, cocktails are awesome and priced fairly. It was a really positive ending to the night. Will definitely be putting it first next time we are on the GC.

Not a bad place. Salmon was ok. Not a big fan of ordering via my phone. I guess this is the way of the future.

A incredibly rude manager who decides what you want, calls his customers rude and walks away when asked to explain his comments! If a customer wishes to communicate how they like their steak cooked and requests the chief is made aware it's to avoid exactly what happened - an under cooked tough steak that couldn't be eaten, spoiling what should of been a nice night out.

Security on the door with tattoos and bald was an absolute legend, so helpful and accommodating! Will definitely be back, great drinks and service :-)
