Starbucks

Chermside Starbucks is not bad for a Starbucks. Friendly front of staff but quality of coffee and baked good is on the average side.

Great service at Starbucks Chermside. I get my morning coffee there almost every day. That staff have always been very friendly & give great customer service!

World-class frappe but maybe problem transacting my rewards card. I've receipt, no trace of member points. Sales attendant busy and/or too tired to bother+care. Will ring call centre tomorrow to sort it out, hopefully get my points manually added. Otherwise you have a returning cyclical customer here!!

We got a trainee on the till. She couldn't find the food buttons on the till, she didn't know how to write the order on the cup, etc. But she got help, and the others were happy to help and she was lovely and apologised. We've all been in training, somewhere, that is never a problem. Two of our three drinks were done, then the person who ordered behind me got their hot drink. I asked where our third one was, trainee forgot to write up the cup (probably flustered). So the barista asked what I ordered and made it straight away. Then I asked where our food was, as I noticed that other people were generally getting their food before they even left the till, they scrambled again and got it quick smart. So overall getting our order wasn't great but once I asked they were quick and nice and apologised. Food wasn't warmed up, and my cappuccino was like 40% froth. But it was still a tasty muffin and a nice coffee.

Great service, Friendly staff, delicious drinks made with great speed. Nice seating areas. Definetely one of my favourite stores.
