Soul Burger - Newtown

Wow! We loved these plant based burgers. The pulled pork was so tasty as was the duck burger, probably the ‘meatiest’ tasting substitute we’ve ever had! So delicious. Customer service in the store was also very helpful and friendly. Thanks Soul!

Look, the Burgers are divine, but the customer service needs support. I have been there quite a few times now and the feelings is always that the girls that work there, they can't care less if you walk in or walk out of the door. Hopefully there will be some improvement because these place has the best herbs fries and definetelly the best range of plant base burgers.

What an amazing experience. I absolutely loved the food. Taste was great and serving size was even better. I definitely recommend this place for anyone who is vegetarian, vegan, or someone who just wants to try something new. I had the battered fish burger and it was amazing. I would definitely go back for another great experience of absolutely delicious food.

After a great experience we came to this Soul Burger and had surprisingly an even better one. Thought the fish plant based was good but the southern chicken is for sure one of the best sandwiches I've ever had and the best plant based chicken I've ever tried, simply my new best restaurant.

Have loved Soul Burger for a while but had a really disappointing, frustrating experience on Monday and still yet to hear back after messaging privately. I made an order for delivery on the app and received the text saying that my order was cancelled. That's fine! It happens. So then I made another order at another restaurant through Deliveroo for my partner and I as we were pretty hungry and wanted to get dinner sorted. Then 15min later I get a text saying that my initial order is on the way.. If you're going to send a text saying that an order has been cancelled and then continue to make the meal, it would be pretty good to let the customer know that it was a mistake and the order is still coming, right? Ended up spending close to $90 on dinner when it wasn't necessary. The food was still great so that's a redeeming feature. But improvement is definitely needed on your app and communication. I completely understand the reason for using your app but won't be ordering through the app again.

A quiet den of vegan delights. The scope of the menu impressed me. The loaded fries were very moreish! Would love to create my own vegan burger next time.

Everything in order! We’ve been here a billion times and the burgers are still better every time, I will miss Soul Burger more than everything in Sydney. Legends!

The burgers are amazing!! Is my favourite place to eat vegan burgers :) In a busy night look like they don't have enough stuff. They try to be attentive but the 3 people working in there where so stress dealing with costumer and delivery. I wish people working there didn't have to go trough so much stress becaouse the food is really good.

Amazing vegan burgers. We ordered the Sydney-sider, the Southern Fried Chicken, and the Mushroom burger. And all the side dishes and a Banofee shake! It was all delicious, served quickly and with great care, and it was great value! Love this place, I'll be visiting it every time I'm in Sydney.

Burger was nice, sweet potato fries were quite salty, cauliflower bites were deep fried with alot of seasoning (too much for my liking). But the salted caramel milkshake was SO delicious. It was a 5 star. Will definitely go back again just for the milkshake !
