Tourist trap for visitors from continental Asia. Had to fight my way to the register which, after paying $6 entry, is highly annoying. The high prices might be worth it if it wasn't such a zoo. View of city is great, but your time would be better spent exploring farther east into the mountains.

I wanted to say thank you to the waitress for her outstanding service, smile and professionalism and also the meals were absolutely fabulous,we have reserved a table with views and we weren't disappointed would certainly recommend the sky-high mt Dandenong to anyone, have been there a couple of times and will certainly be going back when I visit the Dandenong again. Thank you.

Important question? I was not issued a receipt after paying for Car entry of $6. When questioned they said that a receipt is given only if u pay by card. Hope they have a fool-proof mechanism to collect the fee. Looked Sus! to me :( Place is scenic & clean typical Australia! Guys please help if u too faced the same issue. Because I hate corruption. Had enough of it in my Country of origin

It''s rubbish, but I've had to take a few visitors here. A good view toward Melbourne and surrounds is possible IF it's a clear day which is rare. Otherwise it's a waste of $7 to park your car here for 10 minutes. The building is ugly and has been surrounded by uglier less than flat spongy black bitumen mixed with old car tyres which holds the heat. The 'attractions' include a bistro (drab cafe), a maze (another $7 each to enter), english garden (some grass and trees) and a secret garden (closed for private function). You could have picnic but don't bring a beer or bottle of wine as no alcohol is allowed. It's just a big car park near the top of a hill.

Had a formal occasion at sky high . Was not told about a minimum drinks tab , where we lost 500 dollars . The food was appalling , we got the steak and chicken mains . The steak was cooked blue , where they said it would come medium rare , a few of our guests asked for it to be taken back and cooked more to which although said NO !!! Unbelievable. The chicken was dry and inedible , ruined one of the most important times in our family’s life . Also the manager David is an absolute nightmare . Very rude and not helpful at all . He just kicks u out after it’s all done , not even a thank you for your business . We had to beg him for some alfoil for the leftover macaroons , which he took his time to get , about an hour . Warning if u do have a function here , ask not to have David there at all , beleive me , u will thank me later
