Shri Shiva Vishnu Temple

A very pleasant atmosphere, away from the hustle of traffic or any kind of noise. One of the biggest temples in Melbourne covering many deities for all in one location. Can easily spend an hour with family, do give a visit to annapoorna canteen for delicious prasaadam which is right next to the temple within the premises.

My go to place to get some serenity. The environment, the temple everything feels so pure, clean and divine. The food in the cafe could be another good reason to pay a visit. Filter coffee lovers, don’t miss the chance!

Beautiful and grand temple. Very calm and open space with ample parking. One of the best temples in victoria. Kids enjoy as they can play in park, see peacocks and afterwards get a great meal at very reasonable price in the annapurna canteen on same premises.

Its a nice hindu temple with grand architecture and beautiful carvings, exactly like you find in Indian temples back home. Like all large temples in India, this one as well has number of deities to worship under one roof. This place also has a cafe which offers authentic South Indian food at great prices which is delight.

The temple is very good but cafe Annapurna good quality and service has dropped significantly! :( The food is very average. We ordered a Thalia, chapati korma which looked like it was ready made chapati just toasted before being served and the curries,sambhar was very mediocre. I wouldn't anymore recommend cafe Annapurna to anyone anymore. But the temple is nicely maintained, clean and very good to visit.

Located in a very quiet place away from hustle and bustle of a city life. Temple is of south indian architecture, very beautifully built. You will get the feeling of inner peace and greater joy the moment you step inside.

Must visit place.. temple committee is so helpful and most of them are volunteers! After your darshan, you can visit the canteen for some nice south Indian food. (Please ensure to check the timings)

Peaceful atmosphere. Accessible by public transport. Their cafe has variety of dishes at reasonable price.

I recommend this place, purely for that temple sort of feeling that you generally get in India.
