Table was quite dirty when we seated. The young girl brought food to all tables without smiling ( she looked a bit cold). Asking for tape water she didn’t bring to us too. I think her customer service needs to be improved. Coffee was good with strong flavor.

Great Food, Yummy Ice coffee and awesome staff. This place has changed alot under the new Management. Great work guys will come back again.

Went on Sunday and go regularly they have the best iced chocolate and there is always quick and friendly customer service from the waitresses.

DO NOT GO HERE, paid $5 dollars for a half empty coffee with no customer service and rude staff.

These were what we ordered and after 20 min of wait these are what came. The waiter said only one word when she came. “Burger.” When asked why there was only one skinny chicken strip she said,”if that’s what it says on the menu then that’s what you get.” My husband ordered a sourdough melt $13.99 and that’s what he got, a thin slice of bread with spread of avocado, and scantily layered salad. Go figure.

Great, consistent coffee. The two times that I have eaten here, has been good, and generous servings. The staff are friendly, and obliging. Are able to sit in or take away menu orders.

Should have read the reviews before order..... 😔 Order a Kid's chicken tender with chips (just one piece of chicken ...) $9.95 (frozen ones from Supermarket taste better) Hot White chocolate taste very watery.

Coffee was plonked down on my table, no offer of sugar, and no serviette with the cake I ordered. Was told they charge $1.40 for cream to go with the cake - so disappointing as it used to be my favourite place for coffee in Knox.

Very bad service, I won't buy any coffee or food again!

A-MAZING dirty chai. Lovely staff and fast service despite loads of customers. Will definitely be back!
