I really do not recommend anyone to visit this place. The food is not worth for the money at all and I’ve got the worst customer service. Only the person served our table was nice. There were two female staff members behind the counter who gave us very bad looks and were frowning on us. It was really nasty and it ruined our day. Also the restaurant went back on their words as they did not provide us a chance to take the leftovers home as they promised earlier. We’ve spent money and they said that they will be throwing the food to the garbage bin but will not allow to take the leftovers home. Really sad to see the food waste. Please think twice if you plan to visit. I am not sure whether they are going to serve the leftovers to other customers. Be careful.

Great food at very reasonable prices. Staff seem to be owners, very warm, friendly and helpful!

Really great service and experience dining at Shavans. Staff were all super helpful and nice even though the place was really busy. Food was really nice especially the cuttlefish!! And drinks were really good price compared to many other places I've been to. Would definitely recommend to everyone!!

Lovely food but the service was slow. There was an awfully loud family that they put in the middle of the restaurant near everyone else. To their credit they moved us on request.

Very spacious and clean restaurant. The corporate buffet is worth a try for a clam lunch with office colleagues its a 3 course meal. Service is good, food taste decent and affordable.

What a pathetic restaurant, had a very poor service from here and the owner was the rudest person I have ever met. The girl who served is said the prices have changed and new prices are different than what is displayed in the menu. What a rip off !!!! Menu prices are different than what he wants to charge. When we think about celebrations, Shavans is always my family and friends first option and this place never disappoints. The menu offers a wide variety of delicious starters and main courses that will appeal to youngsters and adults. The award-winning chef uses the best quality ingredients to produce dishes that are fresh and full of exotic flavours and the serving sizes are very generous. The restaurant also offers an extensive drink menu all at very low prices. The staff at Shavans truly cares about your experience and the service they provide is outstanding as they are always very friendly and attentive. The owner Nalin Jayaweera is very kind and thoughtful and always makes us feel welcome and ensures we’re having the best time. The welcoming and charming atmosphere, clean and spacious venue, delicious dishes, wide drinks list, hospitable hosts are the main reasons why we keep coming to Shavans again and again so highly recommend this place to everyone.

never recommend this place to any one. it was last sunday night full restirent was totally empty only 4 of us sitting it took 20 minutes to served our drinks. and it took more than one our to serve our 4meals.pretty sure most of those not cooing on the spot. those are precooked once. and only one thing to prepare . we were waiting like lost in a desert. lastly it came after more than an hour waiting..then only working people realize that they didnt arrange us the plates.. soo annoying place .it totally ruined our family day.

Very unprofessional staff. Food was very late even though we were thw only people in the restaurant and we could find chunks of chicken stock cubes in the rice . Chef special is no other than egg rice with chicken so I wouldn’t recommend it to be ordered . They have a kept plastic table covering on top of the table spread which made dining really hectic as it was moving . Crew seems to be clueless on what they are doing . Prices are high but they do not deliver to the value they are charging the customers . Would not go there again would not recommend it to anyone .

Ordered 2 string hopper chicken kottu over the phone for a pickup on 13/12/2021 for dinner. Both the kottus have no flavour at all. Im wondering if the chef forgot to put even a pinch of salt in it😂. Taste very yucky🤮 would never ever go there nor recommend this place to anyone I know🤮. Zero flavour!!! Disgusting!! Very dissapointed👎🏿
