Abit disappointed for my birthday dinner. Only 2 staffs are nice. A captain lady was busy chatting with the regular customer and doesn't care others. She stand behind me when I ordered, is that make sense?Foods are nice for sure. Need more staff training.

We came for the second yum cha session so the food trolley was not ready when we arrived. However it was well worth the wait as everyone enjoyed the dim sum! The egg custard tart came fresh from the oven and was also worth the wait! Don't believe I have had egg custard tart so fresh that we had to wait for it to cool down a bit! The atmosphere was a little more subdued...most likely due to the capacity limits due to COVID-19...as for those of you that are familiar with Yum Cha...it is a very noisy affair! We will definitely be back again!

First visit was way back in 1987 in Carlton’s branch. First visit to this Chinatown outlet was in Mar 2012. What i enjoyed most is the aplenty choice of dishes, very ‘ho seik’. However, what i hated most is the rude services, not from the push-cart waitresses but frequently by the Supervisors, stuck up & haughty instead of being helpful & courteous. Over 34 years, somehow the mgmt never improve to reprimand these rude supervisors to be humble & polite to loyal patrons. I wld gladly give a 5-Star rating if only these Supervisors changed their attitude towards customers. I prefer dining & supporting Crown Palace at Vermont South bcos staff are hospitable, helpful, resourceful, courteous & efficient.
