This store managed to survive only thanks to it's amazing food but nothing else really. The price is reasonable and there are 3 outdoor tables but not enough employees, the store wasn't even buzy but they lacked serving, cleaning service and experience. The cup were dirty and the service were poor managed. The menu isn't clear at all, it doesn't show many images and doesn't outline if the dishes are spicy or not. I think there would be more space for the customers without the unnecessary decoration. Forgive my pickyness but a regular restaurant need its basic.
The service has been incredibly slow recently. Expect to wait for more than 45 minutes to get your food. They have a restaurant full of people but keep working on online orders instead. Please prioritise customers sitting in your restaurant!
Love it
Haven't come here for months. First time for dinner. Service: quite early, so not very busy. Food or drinks still came slowly. Two Drinks came first (10minutes after ordered) and then 3 dishes almost were served together after 10+ minutes. --- 6/10 Food: generally, portion and price was ok. Char Koay Teow, $13.9: ate this here before. Same street food presentation. Same portion. 3 prawns and some thick slices of fish cake. Egg was over-Char. Bean sprouts were still crunchy. Waitress ask if I wanted spicy. However, it's absolutely not spicy as I ordered--- 6/10 Macha Curry Chicken to share, $18.9: the portion was rather smaller. Plenty of yummy spicy curry sauce. Potatoe cubes were soften. Chicken's texture was ok. --- 6/10 Roti Telur Bawamg (egg & onions), $8.9: the thickness of roti and egg wasn't so even. Two dipping sauces were good --- 6/10 Iced Milo: Milo powder wasn't dissolved into the cold water well, so blend.
Food is quite nice in particular the roti canai and beef rendang nasi lemak. Service is okay, nothing spectacular and nothing bad. Ordered Meehoon goreng last night, was expecting prawns and fishcakes like stated on menu however when it came out they made a mistake and served the vegetarian version instead. Luckily someone on behalf of the store came and settled the case and offered a remake of the dish or complementary curry chicken with my meal. Gets busy most nights would highly recommend a reservation if you plan on eating here.
Went there for dinner with my parents and my family. I had the Slow Cooked Beef Rendang Nasi Lemak, my wife had Laksa. There was also Chicken Satay to share. My kid and the Roti Tissue. My dad had a Laksa and there was a serve of Mamak Chicken as well. Everything good. The price was 78 dollars for 4 people which I thought was good Very busy. Booking recommended
Love the food..service and hygiene could be better. I can't say anyone was particularly rude, but a ' I will be with you shortly' in acknowledgement of your waiting whilst polishing the glasses or cutlery would be nice.
Our favourite laksa, lovely staff even when itβs super busy Thanks!
what an incredible experience. the attention to detail with the food is well thought out, & the staff are super attentive & friendly. i highly recommend trying Sedap Place for a quick work lunch, or dinner with the family.
Huge drop in standard. The coconut rice was uncooked. The satay was tasteless. The mee goreng was soggy and had no taste at all. Very disappointing.
