Went to the store at 815 pm on a Friday, had to wait almost 45 minutes for a takeaway order. 20 minutes into waiting for my order, as I was sitting on a stool, one of your staff members (who was stacking away the furniture) rudely asked me "what are you doing?" presumably thinking I was a food delivery driver. To which I replied I was waiting for my order. She then said she'd follow up, and the next thing I know she had grabbed her belongings and left to go home without bothering to tell me how far along my order was. After asking a couple of different people only to be told my order "was coming", which took another 25 minutes or so, I grabbed my order and headed towards my car. When I opened the bag, they had given me the wrong order. Went back to the restaurant and it was closed by the time I got there. I think the service was shoddy given there were barely 5 or 6 tables full.

I don’t understand why just a fried and it is fast food I need to wait 45 min for take away and is not busy in this day... and the Indian lady so rude when I spoke to her.. she say if u want to wait then wait if don’t go and get others foods. This kind of service definitely not be back.

Store looks old and dull, uninviting, definately needs a good scrub down, top to bottom, and side to side. No use having 'Covid' signs implemented to your customers, if your store looks horrid. Not going back due to hygenie, shame, the food was good.

Good food, good service. Pretty expensive for what you get though.

I went in today to get lunch with my mum and my brother and the service was lovely! I wish I had gotten the name of the girl who surved me so that I could praise her on here because she absolutely made my day. I also love that they do gluten free options now and my mum is obsessed with the sweet potato chips.

Why are you guys on UberEats if you can't fulfill orders? Being too busy is not an excuse, it purely comes down to poor management or greed.
