Everything good. Suggestion to owner plz provide hand dryer machine in toilet

I went there and there was a staff or may be owner talked too rudely. They don’t know how to talk with their customers. They should arrange a training for that and try to make hot food as well.

Very good service all staff girls amazing on food truck as well as golgapas challenge awesome they take care all customers thnku so much guys you give us same water as India 😊always same experience 😊very happy from your service. Specially a girl who is from Delhi she is very nice 😊Thnku all staff hope for best relation in future too🙂

I've been to Melbourne for like 2 years and I hv never tasted this much delicious Indian food.

The food tiffin service of Shaan a Punjab is too bad I can’t express my view they were giving unhealthy food like food are not fresh even quantity is too less .

Not really worth your money. I ordered pani puri it took them 20 mins to serve which a small ball of aloo ka masala and 15 puris with 2 galss of pani for $15 Both the pani are just tangy and sweet. The moong dal ka halwa didnt taste like it should, it tasted like someone had smashed a besan ka laddu in it. The guy on desk was very rude and loud. He kept on shouting the instructions for order from outside to kitchen. No customer service. 2 people on other table complained about the cold food they had recieved, the guy on desk started arguing about it and said he cannot do anything if its cold. Never ever try this place

Yum yum yum Seriously the most refined Indian cuisine I've had in melbourne ! Recommended by one of our friends 😊now I go here all the time, excellent food and service ! A must try -Kadhi,Malai kofta ,butter paneer masala ,manchurian -It’s absolutely amazing n delicious 😋 Would absolutely return and recommend this place to my friends Thanks Team 🙏You guys are best
