Chicken and Ribs. The char grilled chicken breast meat was well cooked. The sear marks on the meat simply add to perfection. The rib was absolutely tasty and simply melted in the mouth. The salad was fresh. The baked potato was awesome as it was very soft. Kids will love it. There were no undercooked hard lumps or overcooked burn smell. Despite the wait was about 75 minutes due to the crowd but the food was cooked to perfection. Nothing was compromised. I enjoyed everything on the plate and I would said it was worth the wait.

We were in a large group and I think that the kitchen was a little overwhelmed. Most meals were OK but some were over cooked and dry and some steaks were not as ordered. The service was great and the staff were very friendly. 3.5

Very enjoyable evening. Steaks melted in your mouth. Friendly and attentive staff. Huge choice of dishes.

We went on a really busy night without a booking and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, food was delicious and worth the price and the staff were very attentive. We were mostly impressed with the Les’s lovely personality and his overwhelming respect for our war veterans, what a heartwarming experience the night was.

Great service (big thank you to Kensley), welcoming atmosphere and good food. The cocktails were a big hit at our table and everything was cooked to perfection. Garlic prawns were smack on and meal sizes were perfect. Overall a very positive experience that we would highly recommend.

Went there on Monday night 3 May and service was fantastic along with the food. They make the best espresso martini ever, seriously.

It's rare to find a family owned steakhouse these days and Rustlers does it to perfection. The steaks are amazing and they have a huge variety to choose from. One of the best restaurants in Albany.

We came on Boxing Day with my family for a lunch and we were very disappointed. For a business that are meant to be known for great steak is actually a massive waste of money. Our family had a split bill but we each had to pay a public holiday surcharge and all up we paid $262.85. This is 4x Steak, 4x alcoholic drinks and 1x lemon and lime bitters. My husband got Prime Eye fillet cooked at Medium but it was Rare and My Scotch fillet was meant to be medium but was cooked to Well done. The chips were not hot either. My parents got Prime Eye fillet and asked for Medium and it was rare. Very under cooked. After my parents ask for baked potato on their shared meal the waiter returned to say that they didn’t have any and were still cooking. My little brother had sand in his salad and his Scotch fillet was over cooked like mine and was well done not Medium-Rare. When we told the waiter about the issues he didn’t say anything other sorry but there was no offer to reduce the bill or give and return voucher.
