Staff are so friendly, food was really nice Great atmosphere & dog friendly

Beer and garlic bread were awesome. I won't be eating here again though 😕. The salad had green tomatoes and the chicken schnitty lasted 4 or 5 bites i just couldn't eat it, the fish and chips were average at best. Plenty of better options near by.

Great pub with great meals. Hubby who normally has schnitzel went for the good old mixed grill, which you don't see anymore. Excellent beer garden.

The manager was incredibly rude and abrasive. They were unable to manage a large group in wet conditions (despite that we had called ahead and told a booking was not required). The food was brought out with minimal attempt to find the correct person and then left in the rain (they have no number system!). The manager was very rude to deal with, without remorse for poor service and dirty glasses.

Family birthday lunch, pretty busy, so need to book. Sirloin steak very chewy, squid also similar but not as quite as bad. Given dessert for this.

Great country pub. Staff were friendly the food was awesome. Had roast pork and it was huge! Great value for money. The rooms were nice.. simple just a bed and a cupboard. Great if you need just need a place to sleep for the night.

The food has been 9/10 each time we've visited.

My husband and I stopped for lunch, camembert and onion rings were done well but mains did not come out as expected. Mixed grill lacked seasoning and roasted veg risotto was very bland with rice granules very soft, overcooked. I would have expected vegetables to be roasted as described on the menu, it would have given the dish a nice flavour. Normally don't give negative feedback but was annoyed after spending around $90 but less than expected food quality.

Beer garden has great vibes and is very nice. Food was ‘fine’ overall but ridiculously inflexible about making even the simplest of modifications to a meal (to accomodate a vegetarian child). Won’t be rushing back due to unaccommodating attitude of chef (front-of-house staff are visibly scared of grumpy chef) .

I wish I could leave a zero star review but unfortunately that is not an option. After booking a table on a Tuesday night thinking we would order the t-bone advertised on the website and rudely being told it was not available we waited in the cold outside for over an hour before our meals arrived. The medium to well steaks we ordered came medium rare at best. We were refunded for one and that and being able to move inside after an hour were the only positives. The staff are far from friendly.
